RICE COOKER SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA

 

 

1-     4    Ounce Can Sliced Mushrooms

 

1 Can Beef Broth

 

1 ½   Cups Raw rice

 

1 Medium Onion, Chopped

 

1 Stick Margarine,  softened

 

1 ½ Pounds Link Sausage

 

 

Cut sausage in small pieces and brown in skillet on top of stove.  Then combine

 

sausage with all other ingredients in rice cooker.  Cook for about 30 minutes

 

until cooker turns off. 

 

Makes 8 servings

 

NOTE:  2 Lbs. Crawfish,  1 Lb. Shrimp  or 1 pint Oysters may be substituted for

               Sausage.
