PAULETTE’S CORN BREAD

 

 

 

1 ¾ Cup Flour

 

1 Teaspoon Salt

 

4 Tablespoons Sugar

 

4 Tablespoons Baking Powder

 

¾ Cup Cornmeal

 

1 Egg

 

1 ¼ Cup Milk

 

4 Tablespoons Oil

 

 

Combine all dry ingredients.  Beat egg and add to dry mixture,  along with milk and

 

oil.  Beat and bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes

 

Corn Bread muffins may also be made with this mixture.
