ENCHILADAS MONTEREY

 

 

 

1 Pound Ground Meat

 

1 Can Refried Beans

 

1 package of 12 Flour Tortillas

 

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

 

1 Can Enchilada Sauce

 

1 Jar Taco Sauce

 

1 Bag Shredded Mexican Cheese(2 or 3 cups)

 

 

Brown meat; drain fat.  Mix refried beans with meat.  Spread

 

Meat mixture into tortilla shells and roll up.  Lay into baking

 

Pan.  Mix mushroom soup, taco sauce, and enchilada sauce and spread

 

Mixture over rolled up tortilla shells.   Put cheese evenly on

 

Top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Let cool for 30

 

Minutes before eating.
