EARTHQUAKE CAKE
1 Cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 – 8ounce package cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Grease bottom only of a 9 x 13 pan.
Spread coconut and pecans on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed and pour over coconut and
pecans.
Then mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and
vanilla together.
Carefully drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake
batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes. Mmmm Mmmm Good.
