COCONUT  POUND  CAKE

 

 

 

3 Sticks of Butter

 

3 Cups Sugar

 

8 oz.  Sour Cream

 

¼ Teaspoon Soda

 

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

 

6 Eggs

 

3 Cups Flour

 

¼ Teaspoon Salt

 

1 package Frozen Coconut (Tubby Jr. frozen grated coconut)

 

 

Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time, blending well after

 

Each .  Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream, coconut, and vanilla.

 

Bake in a bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.  Test for doneness

 

Using a toothpick.
