1 Cups Sugar


Cup Shortening


2 Eggs


2 Cups Flour


1 Teaspoon Baking Soda


Pinch of Salt


1 Can (20 Ounces) Crushed Pineapple and Juice


Mix and Beat Vigorously for 2 minutes . Bake in 9x12 pan


Sprayed with pam for 45 minutes at 300 degrees




1 Stick Oleo


1 Cup Evaporated Milk


1 Cup Sugar


1 Cup Coconut


1 Cup Chopped Nuts


Mix milk, oleo, and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from fire . Add coconut


And nuts. Spread over warm cake.
